Cafeteria Playbook is the companion app to the paper Cafeteria Playbook. Snap the day's pages and the app reads the handwriting into your kitchen's records, so the numbers are ready for your reports.

Getting started

1. Get an account. Your district or food service director sets up your account. Ask them if you don't have one yet. If you just want to look around, tap Just looking? Try the demo on the sign-in screen.
2. Snap the pages. At the end of the day, open Snap, check the day number, and photograph the four game-day pages in book order: Today's Lineup, Before the Doors Open, The Game Plan, The Box Score. Lay the page flat and keep all four corner marks in the frame.
3. Check what was read. Open Documents. Boxes the app wasn't sure about are shown first. Fix anything that's wrong and accept the page.

Common questions

No signal in the kitchen?

Keep going. Photos and saves wait on your phone and send themselves when you're back online. The bar at the top shows how many are waiting.

A number was read wrong

Tap the box on the check screen and type the right number. Your fix is what gets saved.

I can't see my kitchen

You see the kitchens your role covers. Ask your director or area manager to add you to more.

I forgot my password

Ask your district administrator to reset it, or email us.

Delete your account

To delete your account and the personal details tied to it, email dusty@swank12.com from your work email address with the subject "Account deletion", or ask your district administrator. We confirm by email, and delete your account within 30 days. Your name, email and sign-in are removed. Kitchen records your district must keep, such as meal counts, stay with the kitchen without your personal details. See the Privacy Policy for more.
